The apartment at Gate Stay Premium Hamamatsucho was incredible. It was spacious and had separate areas for sleeping, giving us plenty of room to relax. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and having a washing machine was a great convenience. The location was also convenient, with several train stations within a 10-15 minute walk, making it easy to explore the city.

One drawback was the language barrier at check-in, as the staff only spoke Japanese. However, we were able to communicate using Google Translate, and they were kind and accommodating.

We were able to cook our own meals, and there were also plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The bathroom was impressive as well, with two sinks and a large shower area. There was even a washing machine provided, making it perfect for a long stay.

Our new year stay at the hotel was fantastic! We loved the spacious room that comfortably accommodated our big group. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, which saved us a lot of money. the hotel's location was perfect - it was close to several restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores. We also had easy access to public transportation, which made exploring the city so much easier.

While the hotel had plenty of great amenities and an excellent location, the staff's limited English proficiency made communication a bit difficult. the pillow was not very comfortable, and we had some trouble operating the washing machine which was a bit inconvenient.

It’s easy to get to many tourist attractions from this hotel as it's located close to public transport. The room is spacious and has a kitchenette and dining table. The shower is hot and easy to use. staff are courteous, and amenities are available downstairs.
